I recently ordered 5 outfits from Southern Tots (3 of which had monogramming) and I received all but two of them. I looked on their web site to find a number to call and inquire about the other part of my order but only found an e mail. So I googled their phone number and voilà there it was. Southern Tots did not send me all my items purchased and now claim it must have been lost in shipping and not their problem. Their shipping bag was stuffed full and sealed shut very well. Nothing was lost in shipping, they just did not ship the items but CLAIM that must be what happened. I placed an order for 96.00 from Southern Tots. When my order came 3 items were missing. Southern Tots support responded that it was not their problem since their records show all items shipped and that they were likely lost in transit. They sure do lose alot of people's orders in transit from the complaints I read. Apparently the items are never packed to be shipped so Southern Tots is effectually stealing our money. I preordered an Easter outfit for my granddaughter. I paid the full preorder price plus an additional fee for monogramming. Here it is just a few weeks before Easter and the outfit has not arrived. I ordered it in January so she would have many opportunities to wear it. Contacting them is a joke. The website takes you to screen after screen with FAQs. I PREORDERED CHRISTMAS PAJAMAS FOR BOTH MY KIDS IN OCTOBER 2015 AND THIS COMPANY CHOSE NOT TO MONOGRAM MY ORDER BECAUSE THEY FELT IT WAS GOING TO TAKE TOO LONG. IT WAS THEIR DECISION, NOT MINE. Ordered matching outfits for my granddaughters for Christmas. Received one after Christmas. I kept politely following up.....February 12 got an email saying they would refund my money. I placed a large order totaling $622.25 with Southern Tots on Oct.5,2015. As of Feb.8,2016 I still have not received 3 of the items I bought. There is no way to contact Southern Tots. They do not respond to emails and they have many different emails. You will only get an automated response back. There is zero customer service. I ordered two outfits November 12, 2015 for my grand daughters. I received one the first of January, the outfits were suppose to be gifts for the girls and I wanted to get pictures of them in their matching outfits. I had problems with them, they lied about mailing part of my order, they would not respond to emails, they blocked me on facebook. I reported to BBB, didnt help. So then i reported them to the Federal Trade Commission, next day i got response, then a refund. After months of grief. Google Federal Trade Commission and fill out report. Easy to do.
